Sam from Steam Boss has cleaned my carpets twice and done an excellent job both times. Steam Boss have always been punctual, organised and provided a fast response, delivering same-day service, this time. The price seems reasonable for the work done, too. My pets and kids can be pretty messy with their little accidents or illnesses (pee, blood, poop, spilled milk...you name it, it's been on my carpet!) so it's a relief to have a reliable carpet cleaner in my contact list who is available, flexible, and who I trust to do an awesome job keeping my wool carpets in great condition (which should also mean they wear better in the long term).

Had my rugs cleaned by Steam Boss and they did a cracking job. They looked tired and grubby before, but after the clean they look almost new again. All the dirt and stains I thought were permanent have come up nicely.
The team were easy to deal with and turned up on time. They took good care with the rugs and were quick but thorough. No hassles, no mess left behind and the price was fair.
Really happy with how everything turned out — would definitely use them again and recommend to anyone needing rug cleaning!

I honestly didn’t realise how dirty my mattress was until these guys cleaned it. The difference is unreal. It looks brighter, feels fresher and there’s no more musty smell. You can tell they did a really deep clean, not just a quick once-over.
The bloke who came out was friendly, explained what he was doing and worked efficiently. No mess left behind and everything dried quicker than I expected. Pricing was reasonable too.
Super happy with the service and I’m sleeping heaps better now. Would definitely book again!
