These terms govern the professional cleaning services we provide at your premises.
1. Quotes and Pricing:
- Estimates: All quotes provided via phone, SMS, or email are estimates based on standard room sizes and average soil levels.
- On-Site Adjustments: We reserve the right to adjust the final price if the actual condition of the property (e.g., heavy staining, excessive pet hair, or larger-than-average rooms) differs from the description provided during booking.
2. Access and Utilities:
- The customer must provide: Full access to the areas being cleaned at the scheduled time.Access to working electricity and clean water. A safe environment (pets secured and fragile items moved).
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling:
Please provide at least 24 to 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may incur a cancellation fee to cover our lost travel and scheduling time.
4. Results and Stain Removal:
While Steam Boss uses industry-leading equipment and chemicals, we cannot guarantee 100% removal of all stains. Permanent dyes, bleach spots, and deep-set pet urine may have permanently altered the fibers.
5. Liability and Care:
- Pre-existing Conditions: We are not liable for pre-existing damage, such as loose carpet seams, sun-faded fabric, or degraded upholstery backing.
- Furniture: While we may assist in moving light furniture, we are not responsible for damage to items moved. We recommend removing all breakables and electronics before we arrive.
- Drying Times: Proper ventilation (fans, open windows) is the customer’s responsibility. We are not liable for issues arising from carpets remaining damp due to poor airflow after we depart.
